Only been here about two or three months but management has been super helpful every time I've had a maintenance issue. It's always been resolved within the same day. The amenities are nice and it's usually really clean on the property. It's been quiet at night, but we're a 3rd floor corner unit opposite the parking lot. Only really negatives are that the pool and hot tub is usually busy and I wish there were more community grills, there's probably over 100 units here. Also, parking is sometimes a challenge but there are limited permit spots and garages available so that you can always have a guaranteed spot, which we chose to do and the garage is very nice!

Eric with maintenance is so awesome and quick to respond to problems. The maintenance team always comes out either the same day or the next day whenever I’ve submitted a ticket. It makes all the difference loving where you live when you can count on maintenance to quickly respond to issues.

I never post reviews, especially about apartment complexes because they’re all pretty much owned by evil, greedy corporations. This one probably as well, I’m sure. BUT I just feel compelled to share that my experience here at Highpointe Park so far has been an absolute delight. The individuals running the office/admin stuff have been so incredibly kind and respectful and caring about helping me out with whatever I’ve needed. But the maintenance team is actually what compelled me to write this review. I’ve submitted a handful of maintenance requests, probably at like 10 or 11pm each time, and they’ve addressed every single request the VERY next day! I’ve never experienced that at any renting residence in my life. I really love living here.

My review applies to when I lived here between 2014-2016. Honestly was a good place to live. My unit was brand new. We were the first to have lived in it. Management and maintenance did an exceptional job at communicating and giving heads up. The upkeep of the apartments and property was the best. Sadly we had to move due to falling on hard times. But during those years. The apartments were an excellent and comfortable place to live in.

I’ve loved living here so far! My building has been very quiet. I have a great view and it’s so close to everything I need. The office staff are awesome! I was moving from out of state and they were very patient, kind, and helpful. Maintenance staff have been fast and kind. Amenities are nice! My only comments mostly have to do with neighbors. Unfortunately some people will pile up large items or trash that wasn’t collected in front of the dumpster. Then it rains, snows, etc and blows all over the property. Staff have tried to do something about it, but it’s just inconsiderate people. I would feel bad expecting staff to clean up after rude people, but the trash on sidewalks, grassy spaces, etc is a bummer. I don’t have pets but I noticed people don’t clean up after their dogs either.

Honestly the best apartments I've ever lived at or dealt with. I can only think of one complaint, which was thinness of walls/ floors because neighbors would get upset but other than that, they were great. Very professional, helpful staff which answered all questions very prompt. Nice apartments and loved the surrounding area. Thank you Highpointe!

Loved living here! Would have stayed another couple years if not for personal matters. Maintenance was always friendly and timely, the leasing staff was great with answering questions and clearing up issues. Soundproofing isn't great, but the property is beautiful and well-kept! Would recommend!

I have had a great experience living here for the past 2 months. The staff is very prompt helping with any and all issues and being able to have a garage as an add on is a luxury. Year-round pool and hot tub are sweet too! Edit: Now that I have passed 3 months here - the only con I have so far is the water pressure could be much improved. Otherwise still loving it!

They were also kind and respectful while in my home. The apartments themselves are gorgeous and actually updated (even though the paint itself is not great), there’s an amazon locker for packages, and the staff is pleasant. Overall a great apartment!

Highpointe is a great place to live. I was lucky enough to have a view of the mountains from my balcony and I couldn't have asked for much more. It's quiet, clean, and has access to the gym 24/7. The management team is responsive, friendly, and professional. Give them a shout!

My only complaint is although I love the concept of our trash being picked up I wish at the very least we had a dumpster we could use to dump our boxes (if there is somewhere I could be using close I would love to know lol) but other than that I love it!

I love the property!! we lived in a one bedroom apartment for about 1 years. We later moved to a 2 bedroom. We've always lived on the top floor so we never had any complaints about the people above us. The staff is always very helpful and friendly and the property is always so clean. if I ever have any work orders they always get to them so fast. We love where we live and our apartment is beautiful. I work in property management myself (for a different company) and I know how hard it is to keep a property running but I'm always happy to see how well the staff at Highpointe Park is doing.
