I submitted a maintenance request for my broken garbage disposal on a Friday afternoon. They came to my apartment and replaced my disposal within 45 minutes. They were also kind and respectful while in my home. The apartments themselves are gorgeous and actually updated (even though the paint itself is not great), there’s an amazon locker for packages, and the staff is pleasant. Overall a great apartment!

Enjoyed living here, amenities are great! The price is rather steep, but worth it for a nice place to live.

Highpointe is a great place to live. I was lucky enough to have a view of the mountains from my balcony and I couldn't have asked for much more. It's quiet, clean, and has access to the gym 24/7. The management team is responsive, friendly, and professional. Give them a shout!

Been living here for about 4 months and we love it. Great view, quiet area, EXCELLENT location. I've never had a problem with the office either. My only complaint is although I love the concept of our trash being picked up I wish at the very least we had a dumpster we could use to dump our boxes (if there is somewhere I could be using close I would love to know lol) but other than that I love it!
